Overview:

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting

• Familiarity with Ohio Healthcare Assurance Program (HCAP)
• Knowledge of IRS form 990 filing requirements
• Experience in hospital or healthcare financial environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of hospital accounting experience
• Prior exposure to critical access facilities and cost reporting

Other Requirements:

• Critical access hospital experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, day shifts, with no on-call requirements
• Willingness to support relocation if necessary
