What Youll Do
- Contact customers by phone, email, and written communication regarding overdue balances
- Manage a portfolio of consumer accounts (B2C) and maintain consistent follow-up
- Set up and negotiate payment arrangements
- Investigate billing issues and resolve disputes
- Document all account activity and customer interactions
- Work with internal teams to resolve account issues and keep accounts moving
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of B2C collections, call center, or customer account management experience preferred
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or collections systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization
