This individual will be responsible for:
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and detailed schedules for prepaids, amortizations, fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, and T&E reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintaining and analyzing general ledger accounts, manage fixed asset and lease accounting, monitor intercompany balances, and ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable accounting standards while supporting audit requests.
- Driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional teams with ad hoc duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience from a large multi entity environment
- Excel skills to include pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas
