Position Type:
Temporary
Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Assignment Length: Approximately 6-Months, possibly longer.

DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk II to support a busy department. This role is responsible for assisting with invoice processing, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department leaders to obtain necessary approvals for invoices
  • Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain organized records of invoices and approvals for tracking and audit purposes
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma
  • Must Pass a Background
  • Excel (data entry, sorting, simple formulas) and Outlook proficiency

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience with accounting or invoice processing
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with staff and leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
