Accounting Clerk (HR Support) - This role combines accounting responsibilities with HR administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Scheduled:- $19.00 Hourly
- 1st shift: Monday Friday: 8:00AM 5:00PM
Requirements- Must have 25 years of accounting and/or administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting / Administrative Duties / Accounts Payable
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
- Support invoicing, billing, and order tracking
- Assist with job folder creation and contract review processes
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Track order status and provide delivery confirmations
- Support production planning by creating work orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Match invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
- Enter and code invoices into ERP system
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
- Process payments, print checks, and maintain AP records
- Handle vendor communication and maintain vendor files
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Human Resources Support
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Post job openings and help coordinate interviews
- Update employee information in HR systems
