Lingo Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk (HR Support) in Lake Mary, FL area to start ASAP!



 Accounting Clerk (HR Support) - This role combines accounting responsibilities with HR administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Pay & Scheduled:
  • $19.00 Hourly
  • 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM


Requirements
  • Must have 2–5 years of accounting and/or administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting / Administrative Duties / Accounts Payable
  • Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
  • Support invoicing, billing, and order tracking
  • Assist with job folder creation and contract review processes
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Track order status and provide delivery confirmations
  • Support production planning by creating work orders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Match invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
  • Enter and code invoices into ERP system
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
  • Process payments, print checks, and maintain AP records
  • Handle vendor communication and maintain vendor files
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Human Resources Support
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Post job openings and help coordinate interviews
  • Update employee information in HR systems
