The Accounting Clerk will assist with leading the accounts payable process, payments, working with team members and customers. What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?

• Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
• Process AP invoices daily
• Sort mail
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Maintain Accounts Payable files
• Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Skills Desired of Team Member:

• Experience using SAGE is preferred
• Organized, who likes a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solver, detailed orated, team player and helps people find solutions
• 1-2 years prior accounting experience
• Proactive, assertive personality
• Willing to create new and follow existing systems while helping others to follow them as well
• Professional appearance and courteous manner
