Responsibilities

• 
  

• Process and verify vendor invoices, including pricing, quantities, and account coding

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with check runs and vendor payments

  
  
• 
  

• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor relationships

  
  
• 
  

• Review and update contracts prior to submission

  
  
• 
  

• Generate customer invoices and apply payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers

  
  
• 
  

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

  
  
• 
  

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules

  
  
• 
  

• Support tax reporting and maintain organized financial records

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting

  
  
• 
  

• Property management accounting experience is a plus

  
  
• 
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated job stability and a desire for long-term growth

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, or two or more years of relevant accounting experience
