ACCOUNTING CLERK

GotWorX, Inc. Is currently seeking a Accounting Clerk for our client based in the Dania Beach area.

This is a Temp-Hire job opportunity for the right candidate. Client is currently offering a salary range of $17-18 pay rate depending on experience, plus a benefits package one perm employee!

Description: This role will be responsible for handling company financial records, entering data, typing and generating work orders, assisting with budget preparations, and recording financial transactions such as outgoing and incoming checks

This role will oversee payroll, as well as any administrative task to be completed within the company

Process accounts payable and receivable including: enter and verify bills, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with the financial handbook

Process payments, deposits, and post into the system

Reconcile checking, savings, customer and vendor accounts

Set up and maintain financial records in paper and cloud-based file systems
