Job Title: Accounting Clerk/Coordinator Job Location: Greenville, DE (Onsite) Job Duration: 6 Months Schedule: Hours 8 AM 5 PM, MondayFriday Job Description: Summary As a client Accounting Clerk/Coordinator, you will support the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with essential data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Apply cash receipts to tenant accounts accurately and promptly. Code, track, and manage utility invoices for proper allocation and recordkeeping. Process checks and ensure efficient handling of payments. Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations. Required Skills Basic computer functions Microsoft Excel Yardi (preferred, but not required) Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in the accounting field Education: At least a high school diploma or GED; relevant accounting experience preferred Interview Process 12 interviews (virtual or in-person) Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
