Responsibilities:

  • Work in QuickBooks Desktop including timesheet imports and payroll processing
  • Review, date-stamp, and verify vendor, 1099, and client-matched invoices
  • Manage weekly A/R follow-ups and process vendor/contractor payments
  • Track PTO, vacation, and sick leave records
  • Support audits and reconcile account discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance and maintain strict financial confidentiality

Skills: Accounting, bookkeeping,  contract management ,QuickBooks proficiency, attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality.
