Job Highlights

• Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Process corporate credit card transactions and organize receipts and expense documentation

• Review and code employee expense reports accurately

• Maintain petty cash records, check logs, and daily deposits

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for cash activity

• Support customer deposits and maintain proper backup documentation

• Assist with prepaid expense tracking, account reconciliations, and revenue reporting

• Set up vendors and help maintain customer portal information

• Support the Finance Manager with year-end audit preparation and reporting requests

• Maintain organized accounting files and records

• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Accounting degree preferred

• At least 2 years of related accounting or office experience

• Experience with expense reports, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to work in a fast-paced office environment

• SAP experience is a plus

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly
