The Accounting Business Analyst researches, plans, and implements software solutions to address business needs and enhance efficiency, while supporting technology platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and documenting business requirements through stakeholder discussions.
Recommending project deliverables, timelines, and leading projects to improve or implement new solutions.
Leading stakeholder workgroups to identify, test, and implement process improvements.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information systems, with at least three years of experience in business analysis, project management, or loan accounting. Knowledge of loan systems, GAAP, and accounting principles, along with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills, are essential.
