Responsibilities include:
Researching and documenting business requirements through discussions with subject matter experts.
Recommending project deliverables and timelines, leading projects to improve or implement new solutions.
Identifying and documenting process improvements by leading stakeholder discussions, testing, and implementing solutions.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information systems, with at least three years of experience in business analysis, project management, or loan accounting. Knowledge of loan systems, GAAP, and accounting principles is essential. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, technical documentation, and presentation skills are required.
