Seeking an Accounting Business Analyst onsite in Little Rock, AR.
Supports the Controller's group by partnering with Accounting and Finance teams to improve processes, support systems, and lead financial data projects.
Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, defining project scope, evaluating current processes, and translating workflows such as GL activity, reconciliations, and loan transactions into system enhancements.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, with 3+ years supporting accounting or financial systems, and knowledge of loan accounting systems, GAAP, and accounting principles.
Must reside locally, with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
