Accounting Assistant with Manufacturing/ Logistics experience

Seeking an Accounting Assistant with Manufacturing/Logistics experience for a role in Opelika, AL, paying $18.50/hr.

This position supports accounts payable operations, processing transactions, monitoring accounts, and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of accounts payable, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks (SAP a plus).

• Process and verify accounts payable data accurately and promptly
• Maintain logs, prepare reports, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
