We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, learn quickly, and be committed to maintaining a long-term position with our company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial and business records
- Perform filing and document management
- Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience required
- Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Software preferred
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Pay: $21.00–$29.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4-hour shift
- Location: In-person
