Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Prepare and process customer invoices
Manage accounts receivable activities and payment tracking
Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
Assist with job costing and project-related accounting documentation
Maintain accurate financial and customer records
Administrative Support
Organize and track work orders, timesheets, and project paperwork
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Coordinate permits, inspections, and related documentation
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with general office administration and daily operations
Project & Office Coordination
Support project documentation and recordkeeping
Assist accounting and office staff with day-to-day tasks
Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date
Help keep office processes running smoothly and efficiently
