The Accounting Analyst II is a full-time, onsite role based in Winchester, KY, responsible for end-to-end finance support including invoice processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results, variance explanations, and timely corporate deliverables, while supporting Accounts Receivable and maintaining SOX compliance.
Key duties include processing invoices, preparing sales updates, producing headcount and A/R reports, reconciling accounts, utilizing ERP systems, and assisting with audits.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with at least one year of accounting experience in manufacturing, knowledge of accounts payable, and preferably JD Edwards ERP.
