The Accounting Analyst position is onsite in Greer, SC, with a long-term contract potential.
It involves performing account analysis, monitoring liabilities, and supporting system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing budgeting, invoice processing, claims, and receivables/payables reconciliation, as well as participating in projects related to accounts processes.
The role requires analyzing open items, resolving discrepancies, assisting with system testing, and preparing month-end reports. Collaboration with a team of 11, including accounts payable staff, is essential.
Qualifications include a BS/BA in Accounting or Business, 3+ years of experience, strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge, and experience with GR/IR processes. SAP knowledge and proficiency in spreadsheets are a plus.
