Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Lead and support critical financial projects such as financial statement preparation, GAAP conversions, and internal audit transformations.
- Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing technical insights and operational excellence to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Technical Skills- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA Credential: Active CPA license (or significant progress toward licensure) is preferred.
- Public Accounting Roots: Minimum of 2 busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or mid-tier national CPA firm.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 busy season as a "Senior" in external audit is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards; advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) are essential.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant technical accounting or strategic financial experience.
