Our Accounting Specialist Schedule:

Monday through Friday, flexible - between normal business hours

POSITION SUMMARY

Ensures accurate accounting records for the general ledger, payroll and accounts payable.

Expectation:

• High school diploma or equivalency and an Associate or Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
• Two years of accounting work experience preferred; payroll experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting terminology; basic computer skills;
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
• Ability to solve problems and make adjustments regarding processes; capable of dealing with deadline pressures;
• Integrity regarding confidential and proprietary information
