Senior Accountant
Are you an accounting professional who enjoys owning the numbers and making an impact? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Manage month-end soft close and final close processes
- Prepare journal entries, AP accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, inventory, and revenue
- Prepare financial statements, ROI/ROA analysis, and cash reports
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and 1099 reporting
- Perform cost analysis and daily billing activities
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Strong experience with financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with MAS 500
Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience
