Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Execute monthly close processes and meet strict reporting deadlines
- Investigate and resolve variances, providing actionable insights
- Partner with operational leaders to support financial performance
Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience with financial reporting exposure
- Strong reconciliation and month-end close experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
