ZENO Management, Inc., a Milwaukee-based sales and marketing firm and an AT&T Fiber partner, is seeking an Account Training Manager to practise the art and science of account management. The Account Training Manager divides their time between studying accounts and attempting their own, analyzing what works, applying what they learn, and adjusting when results differ from expectations.
As an Account Training Manager, your mission is to become the bridge between world-class technology and the people who need it most. The Account Training Manager will receive sales training to master account-level consultations, learning how to match customers' habits with the perfect AT&T sales package. You'll develop a strategic sales mindset, overseeing accounts and proactively troubleshooting issues before they even happen.
Role Responsibilities of the Account Training Manager
- Create positive customer interactions by introducing AT&T Fiber account services through friendly sales conversations that support ongoing sales development.
- Explain Fiber performance in everyday terms so customers clearly understand how it improves their internet experience.
- Strengthen sales momentum by coordinating outreach, reconnecting with interested customers, and supporting account‑level engagement.
- Assist customers with account setup and enrollment to ensure a smooth, easy start with AT&T Fiber.
- Keep account information organized so customers receive consistent, accurate support every time.
- Support long‑term sales growth by improving retention and reinforcing customer confidence in AT&T Fiber.
