Essential job responsibilities:
Interacts professionally and timely in support of Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers via AMS, email, phone, and in-person Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail Learns and supports the Account Service Cycle Assists Account Managers in addressing client needs Directly or through shared services manages, produces, or performs: • Auto ID Cards and Certificates of Insurance • Claims Reporting and Instructions • Loss Runs and Claims Summaries • Summaries of Insurance and Coverage Towers • Policy and Endorsement Processing • Invoicing and Accounting • Applications • Audits • Special Projects as Needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
include but are not limited to:
Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred Strong computer proficiency required, including experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel) Basic understanding of insurance preferred, experience with Epic a plus Attains and maintains professional designation or license Limited travel required (less than 25%) High School diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
