Logan Legacy Group is hiring an Account Support Specialist to assist with customer account coordination tied to AT&T Fiber’s services. This Account Support Specialist role blends customer support, sales, and account management to help create positive customer experiences while supporting sales and enrollment objectives across our marketing campaigns.


As an Account Support Specialist, you’ll create connections that last by helping customers navigate their AT&T Fiber account. The Account Support Specialist provides support, addresses concerns with empathy, and turns sales opportunities into long-term satisfaction. With every account interaction, you’ll ensure clients feel like they’re in capable hands.


Responsibilities of the Account Support Specialist

  • Provide high-quality account support by connecting with customers and showcasing the advantages of switching to AT&T Fiber.

Qualifications of an Account Support Specialist
