- Build and manage business accounts, focusing on the long-term success of their 5G wireless device services.
- Offer the flexibility of AT&T Office@Hand, training client teams to use professional VoIP features directly on their personal mobile devices.
- Hunt for new sales opportunities within your current account base by matching their growth with the latest AT&T Business service tiers.
- Manage your daily outreach using simple account tools to ensure you’re always there when a client needs a new wireless or fiber solution.
- Be the face of AT&T, solving account hurdles in person and reinforcing the value of a total Business Fiber and Mobile solutions.
Qualifications of the Account Support Associate
