What Your Days Will Look Like
- Being the Helpful Face of NCO: You’ll chat directly with customers, getting to know their needs and recommending the best solutions to help them shine.
- Building Friendships, Not Just Files: You won’t just be "handling accounts"—you’ll be building lasting relationships based on trust and great service.
- Sharing What We Do: You’ll promote and sell our service solutions, matching our offerings to the people who need them most.
- Growing Your Skills: We’re big on learning! You’ll get ongoing training to help you become a pro at sales, service, and using our CRM tools to stay organized.
- Winning Together: You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to share ideas, celebrate wins, and meet goals as a family.
What You Bring to the Table
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A "people-first" attitude (if you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or sales before, that’s a huge plus!).
- Great communication skills—you’re comfortable chatting with just about anyone.
- An adaptable spirit and a genuine desire to grow your career with us.
