Summary: The Account Review Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customer accounts meet all internal policy requirements to align with federal Anti-Money Laundering expectations. This position involves partnering with relationship managers and customers to remediate accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure compliance within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and remediate customer accounts to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external relationship managers and customers to resolve account issues
• Maintain high standards of customer service while managing remediation efforts
