    Description

    Chubb Global Services - North America is responsible for delivering Chubb's products and services to global clients, supporting sophisticated risk management programs through the Chubb Global Network.

    As a member of the Multinational Account Management Team, you will support the administration of Chubb Controlled Master Programs. Working with limited supervision, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure effective program and service delivery.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Review and set up new and renewal multinational programs, ensuring compliance with Chubb Global Services' timelines and quality standards.
    • Prepare program notices and policy issuance instructions for bound programs.
    • Track and manage the issuance of local policies, certificates, invoices, and premiums.
    • Communicate and escalate outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and comprehensive account management.
    • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in program-related meetings, such as binding, account status, pre-renewal, and stewardships.
    • Oversee critical service activities, including managing delays within required timeframes.
    • Collaborate with our Global Network to request and coordinate local insurance quotes and capability requirements.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with reconciliation tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access (intermediate to advanced level).
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to quickly build rapport and instill confidence with clients, colleagues, and management.
    • Effective team player.
    • Comfortable working independently and adapting to a dynamic environment.
    • High commitment to quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines and standards.
