The Account Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for outside sales and route management, increasing product sales and display placements at various retail accounts.

  • Manage customer relationships, deliver products, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Identify account needs, upsell inventory, and enhance in-store branding.
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness, brand rotation, and competitor activity monitoring.
  • Meet monthly KPIs related to sales, distribution, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and share best practices.
  • Operate delivery vehicle safely and maintain its service.
  • Increase product diversity and ensure fresh inventory.
  • Perform physical activities like lifting and moving materials, working outdoors and indoors.
