We are seeking a dedicated Portfolio Manager to handle outbound and inbound communication related to delinquent lease payments.
- Contact and collect payments on accounts 10-60 days past due.
- Investigate reasons for delinquency and resolve account issues.
- Manage customer disputes, inquiries, and support via calls and correspondence.
- Work in a team environment, processing an average of 36 accounts daily.
- Follow processes, demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements include a high school diploma, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle high call volumes.
