RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and in a friendly manner, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, including timely follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full Time Availability, Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5pm.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- People-oriented with a dedication to customer service and the ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must hold or be able to obtain Property and Casualty (4-40) prior to start date
- Life/Health License preferred but not immediately required.
