You help grow our agency through meaningful client relations by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively uncovering needs and recommending relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information and educate customers about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
- Must be willing to get or currently holding P&C and life & health licenses. (Sign on bonus of $500 if completely licensed by start date.)
