ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building a positive, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the agency.

I attended Oklahoma State University, where I ran cross country and track. I’m a proud parent of two daughters, and we stay very active as a family. I’m also highly involved in the community, serving with the Brookside Business Association, a local Neighborhood Association, and the Tulsa Triathletes board. I also enjoy giving back by coaching middle school cross country and track.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chuck Sloan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
