ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Tyler Drake State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Life & Health license

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
  • Base salary between $38,000 and $44,000 (based on experience).
  • Total Compensation package $38,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
