We are looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach activities to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Meet customers and prospects in person and virtually to assess insurance needs and present customized coverage options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to align sales efforts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in outside sales, cold calling, or insurance sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a resilient and persistent attitude toward prospecting.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.
  • Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary insurance licenses.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
