Are you a motivated, sales-driven professional ready to grow your career? At Patric Luera State Farm in Portland, TX, we’re looking for Account Representatives who want to build strong customer relationships and help grow our agency.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business leads.
- Sell a variety of State Farm insurance products.
- Guide customers through applications, renewals, and claims.
- Deliver excellent service to retain and grow client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Who You Are:
- Confident communicator with a passion for sales.
- Results-driven and organized.
- Experienced in sales or customer service (insurance experience a plus).
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $14–$16/hour plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses throughout the year. Top performers regularly earn over $60,000 annually. Your income grows with your effort.
