As a Bi-lingual Account Representative for Street Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Met monthly sales quotas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking is a must)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Illinois Insurance Producer license (Property, Casualty, Life and Health)
