As a Sales Account Representative for Brian Robinson Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve production goals.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have Illinois Property and Casualty license.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in insurance industry sales required.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving aptitude.

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
