As an Account Sales Representative for Dusty Treat Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Work alongside your offices team to ensure successful long lasting customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Ability to effectively relate to the customer
