ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2018 and currently have a team of four dedicated team members. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a strong foundation for leading and supporting my own team today.

I’m a proud graduate of Jacksonville State University and happily married. Outside of the office, I’m passionate about community service and currently serve as the Director of the Lincoln Food Pantry.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Tate - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
