Compensation


  • $30,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
  • Most reps earn $60,000–$75,000 with strong performance
  • High performers can earn more based on production

What You’ll Do


  • Call, text, and follow up with internet leads daily
  • Proactively cold call to generate new business
  • Quote and close auto, home, and life insurance policies
  • Cross-sell and maximize every opportunity
  • Work our existing book to uncover new opportunities
  • Ask for referrals and build your pipeline
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Stay organized and accountable with follow-ups
What You Bring
