Compensation
- $30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- Most reps earn $60,000–$75,000 with strong performance
- High performers can earn more based on production
Your income is directly tied to your effort and production.
What You’ll Do
- Call, text, and follow up with internet leads daily
- Proactively cold call to generate new business
- Quote and close auto, home, and life insurance policies
- Cross-sell and maximize every opportunity
- Work our existing book to uncover new opportunities
- Ask for referrals and build your pipeline
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Stay organized and accountable with follow-ups
What You Bring
