Position Overview
Our State Farm agency is seeking a driven and personable Account Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, giving top performers the opportunity to earn more.
Working in a small, collaborative office, you will focus on identifying customer needs and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect for new customers through calls, referrals, and networking
- Conduct needs-based conversations with potential customers
- Provide quotes and close new insurance policies
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Licensing in Property & Casualty preferred (must be able to obtain)
