ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a sales-focused role for a driven, competitive individual who wants to build a career with strong income potential.
As an Account Representative – State Farm Team Member, you will grow the agency through new business production, client relationship building, and multi-line sales. This role is centered around helping clients protect what matters most—not just with auto and home insurance, but with life and income protection solutions.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who is motivated to prospect, follow up, close, and continuously improve.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and close new business across auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Identify opportunities to offer life, disability, and supplemental coverage
Build and manage a consistent pipeline through calls, referrals, and follow-up
Cross-sell and bundle policies to create complete coverage plans
Provide a consultative, needs-based sales experience
Meet and exceed monthly production goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or other performance driven-based sales roles preferred
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and confidence in client conversations
Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
Comfortable with outbound activity and handling rejection
COMPENSATION & GROWTH:
Base salary: $40,000–$45,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped, tiered commission structure
Increased earning potential tied to multi-line and life production
