As an Account Representative for the Joe Bonura Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate as many leads as possible.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Represent and market the office in a compliant and professional manner.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Obtain New York State Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Obtain New York State Life, Accident, & Health insurance license.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
