Account Representative

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Account Representative to join their team. This individual must have exceptional customer service skills as they will develop relationships with current members. This role is hybrid in Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to a book of small risk pooling trust members by responding to verbal and written inquiries in a timely and proficient manner, making virtual calls to conduct in depth coverage reviews, and documenting according to established procedures.
• Review insurance clauses of a wide variety of contracts submitted by members to determine if their coverage meets contract requirements and identify areas that may be averse to our members, making recommendations for amendments as needed.
• Provide accurate information to CSR team to enter/process schedule adjustments, coverage endorsements, audits and certificates of insurance. Maintain up-to-date member contacts in Salesforce and other management systems.
• Provide direct assistance to account managers as needed.
• Work with member services representative as needed regarding members’ aged receivables and account cancellations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty account support
• Strong customer service and organizational skills

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65K - $75K annually.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
