Overview
BloomNet is seeking a passionate and driven Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our team and help grow and support our customer base across the floral industry in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
As an ARM, you will play a key role in supporting our florists, driving adoption of BloomNet programs, and ensuring long-term customer success across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing BloomNet florists throughout the Greater Boston territory
Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to promote and educate customers on BloomNet's offerings
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of BloomNet's products and services
Implement a structured follow-up process for each opportunity to drive conversions and customer engagement
Manage the entire sales cycle-from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product features
Leverage insights to position BloomNet competitively in the market
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to accurately track interactions, manage pipelines, and report key sales metrics
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support client needs
Participate in trade shows and industry events to grow brand visibility and identify new business opportunities
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to contribute to a collaborative environment
