JOB DESCRIPTION

Position – Accounts Processor - Assumption Department
Location – Owensboro, KY 42301
Rate - $22 to 24/hr
Duration – 6 Months+
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Overtime: Potential, but limited)
Business Justification
Based on current and projected volume, the Assumption department is requesting additional contract staff. The team is under capacity for the production being received.
Responsibilities

  • Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Assisting in a phone queue to answer customer questions related to Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Completing checks same day, scanning all packages same day, and staying within SLA
  • Customer interaction (internal/external clients, phone, and email)
  • Internal face-to-face interaction with peers and on-site management
Required Skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to be onsite full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • MSP or DOCV/MIR experience preferred

Interview Process
  • One telephone interview with two managers on the call
Additional Notes
Performs a variety of document processing and record-keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems, and responding to customer requests for information.
