Overview:

At Gallagher, we believe in building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. As an Account Manager on our Employee Benefits team, you’ll be at the heart of our client service team, managing a portfolio of accounts with diverse needs. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure their insurance and risk management needs are met with care and precision.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Lead the renewal process, collaborating with the production team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth by cultivating strong relationships with clients.
  • Directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and Gallagher’s reputation for excellence.
About you:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

  • High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
  • A proactive approach to managing accounts and solving problems.
  • Experience in account management or client service (insurance experience is a plus but not required).

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
